You're welcome.

As I've mentioned a number of times pertaining to an SE In progress, unless there's a clear Indication to plan ahead, take each step as It comes.

So...... The UPS driver left the package at the front door (no sig required) . Perfect start for the SE. Chatted with a rep. Had to do a PR and they said to give it 2-3 days. Shortly after a day I was given a refund.

Now my question is this. What if they were to require a signature. How would I justify not receiving an item?

Too easy, well done.

You've answered your own question- you personally didn't receive your Item/package.  Anyone could've signed for It.

In other words, a package that's marked as delivered to Its correct destination, by no means concludes that you, or any member of the household, personally received/accepted It.

ok cool... so how long should I wait until I do another SE for an item of let's say $400 worth? If I use another Amazon account that's aged for a few years is it still ok if I do one next week?

To be on the safe side, It's best to wait a few weeks from one SE to the next, preferably using a different method to the last one.
