so an hour ago i just give them a message at the resolution centre about why the need the IC3 complaint and telling thme as long as they can provide me why i need the IC3 complaint i will go create a report asap. Maybe i can get away without creating a IC3 report or no i am not sure but i think it is important to restart the case first

no they didnt, they only denied the claim instead of telling me why. In this point i am thinking about sticking to my story of want to know why the need the IC3 complaint so the story will look smoother

they closed my case and issued me the refund haha. That is good, i dont even need to pay someone to box a return that is just perfect, thank for the help fam !
