paypal ask me to get a police report - xerophily - 09-30-2020

So i ordered a 700 usd hoodie one ssense and used the excuse of sending a wrong size with paypal, and escalated the case to paypal immediatly ( i guess that is what i did wrong) and now they are asking me for a police report, what should i do?

So you used SNAD to file a dispute via PayPal? Did they not request the Item be returned?

In answer to your question, a police report Is simply required to move forward with the claim, so It's fine to go ahead with It.

PayPal are clamping down now. I've seen similar posts like this elsewhere for Snad multiple times.

Just go to the website they mentioned and file the report.

Yea they didnt even mention about returning it and stright for requesting a pr, i am using the excat same excuse as the one that a refunder did to a simlimar ssense order so i am guessing either i escalted it too fast or paypal is patching this method.

Their neglect to request the return, Is a huge advantage- they have no grounds to claim whether you're being truthful or not.

Based on this, the police report will work In your favor because It cannot deem otherwise.

The feds won't come your way bro. Plus you've only reported that you received the wrong sized clothing. The police won't deal with stuff like this. Good luck bro.

After you file the report they'll either ask you to return or they might refund you outright.

true, so what i did is i respond them a question about why do i have to do a pr since i didnt lose anything and i only want to return it for a wrong size to see maybe i can get away without pr and boxing

true, so what i did is i respond them a question about why do i have to do a pr since i didnt lose anything and i only want to return it for a wrong size to see maybe i can get away without pr and boxing
Yes that's a great idea you did the right thing. If it doesn't work, a police report on the website they mentioned will be fine. Keep us updated.
