Since they were rinsed in the past, they now ask for you to provide an ID confirming your name alongside signing the document they send for you to sign. They will also sometimes straight up reject your claim and will say to contact ur bank provider, therefore essentially start a chargeback. Personally I think if you have a good account with previous order your claim will be successful.

My best offer i can tell you is just the watch missing, CALL THEM DONT EMAIL.. You are giving them more time to investigate. when you call it's more legit , ex) something like this. hey i open the package i think you guy make a mistake and forgot one of my item, it's was suppose to be two item but i think your packaging department forgot my watch. i the the package only have the shirt, " AND YOU QUESTION THEM. " is there 2nd package delivery on later date that i didn't know about? if anything you wanna add go for it i'm just giving you some example, every call are different it's how you flexible responding to their question. good luck.
