hello everyone I am writing to you for a rather unusual fact with amazon refund. I state that I had never repaid with this account but I already had experience. i am refunding a mavic drone with the wrong item method .. so a friend ordered a pack of sheets. as soon as I contact the assistance they ask me for the photo of the label and immediately say that they will check with the courier. I had made a refund of the drone to a friend some time ago and everything was running well. now I'm afraid the refund will fail. note that the label of the sheets weighs 2 kg and that of the drone 2.4 but I weighed the items and they both weigh 1.8 kg. I hope that the Courier gives them the value of 1.8 kg and not 2.4 kg.

It sounds as if Amazon wants to do a courier investigation.

The courier will state the overall weight of the package including shipping box and packing material. If the weight difference is 400 grams it will likely raise some flags.

The Item either weighs 1.8 Kg or 2.4 kg- evidently, It cannot be both.

1.8 kg the actual weight indicated by amazon but the courier registered 2.4 kg. I put a lot of question marks because it takes at least 25 characters.

What was the shipping weight of the sheets?
