It is ez to se Philips as long as you have a brain and a computer, let get started.

Requirements:
Name
Phone number
Email
Address
The toothbrush serial number that you wish to se
A fake receipt ( with or without doesnt matter as long as you follow my method)
A BRAIN

Steps:
1. Go to your region's Philips website and find live chat or their phone number, than contact them.
2. Get a good reason of your toothbrush is broken. (e.g. my toothbrush cannot charge after i used it yesterday etc, dont use the same one, you are a social engineerer, be creative!)
3. They will trouble shoot with you. if you on the phone make some noise make it sounds like you are doing the step, if you using chat just waiting for few minutes before replying them. Which the key point is: THE TOOTHBRUSH IS BROKEN EVEN WITH THEIR TROUBLESHOOTING STEPS!!!
4. Now the rep usually will ask you for the receipt, you can either tell them you dont have a receipt since it is a gift from my friend, or you can go to darkproof and make one ( do not use amazon receipt!!) usually i go with the gift option, however if they still ask for it tell them the gift sender is dead for some reason. If you are with phone, with the inforamation that i got philips reps will only ask for the date of purchase. BUT FOR WHATEVER METHOD YOU ARE USING, MAKE SURE IT IS WITHIN A YEAR SINCE PHILIPS ONLY GIVE WARRANTY SERVICE TO PRODUCT PURCHASED UNDER A YEAR!
5. Now the rep will ask for you information to send you the replacement. If you want to rape it and doing it agian and agian, make sure to use a vpn, fake name, fake phone nubmer, fake email address, and a drop address!
6. When you got the toothbrush which means that you got a serial number of a Philips electric toothbrush, so from now on as long as your toothbrush is broken you are keep seing it til Philips change their warranty policy or they close lol.

BTW quick tips the toothbrush that you se'd usually only comes with the toothbrush handle without any brushes or charging cable. If you want some brushes you can try tell them the brush smell like shit when you open it newly ( never tested) and with charging box/cup as long as you claim there is a charging issue like it cant charge up or cant turn on they will give you a brand new cup/charging box.

so they wouldn't budge on the gift and dead parent claim, they looked up model number i had and said this model came out 2 years ago so they need a receipt to validate it is under 2 yrs for warranty replacement. they sent me an email to update my case if i find the receipt so now i guess i just need to come up with that and we should be good.

also, they ask you to return the broken handle and that they're sending a return label with replacement, so how do you get passed that with no toothbrush?

The sent me an email asking for a receipt and for purchase to be within the last two years for replacement plus the old toothbrush returned with their label. how risky is changing an old amazon receipt of mine and adding it to that, can they ( or any other company for that matter) check if the amazon receipt is legit with the purchase?

Been trying that, however they keep asking for it since my model number was produced 3 years ago and i think may have discontinued this specific version. i cant find it online for sale besides third party resellers on ebay

Update: i decided to try and start another claim with phillips, however this time i got a serial number off newer toothbrush from popular auction site (guy uplaoded pic of bottom of handle) you can start a replacement claim without talking to anyone if you have this and a receipt ( trying to using corrupt-file method ) to uplaod for that and see if after a few trys and upset emails i can get them to process it and send it. Using psuedo name and vacant apt unit in complex; setup first and new proton email as well. We'll see if they will approve and send out replacement. Will continue updating.

yeah so far i sent them a jpg and then got an email shortly later to upload receipt and then i sent an "angry customer" email about their system not working, and said i would re-upload it again in pdf which i did and waiting on either repsonse or approval now, have a good feeling that will give in
