Been a couple of weeks now back and forth with the corrupt pictures. Must be the 4th time I've sent them pictures (I must nearly be at the stage where they offered replacement or credit). I'm starting the really pissed off customer now after having to use my son everytime to take pictures and change the file type as I'm not good with computers hehe.. There response time is also really shit tbh.

Over 24 hours per email.

if after three times you send them the courrpted picture they still rejected it, stop it. Go to live chat complanit about it instead. I can ensure you that you can fix this within an hour (or call them will work either)
