So I used dna on 2 packages worth 200£ .i have previously refunded AirPods pro on the account using eb.I called amazon regarding the dna and they told me I would be contacted in 3 days .amazon responds to me saying they won’t be able to compensate me for any additional issues with my shipment as I have requested refunds for a large amount of orders .so they basically denied me a refund .what can I do in this situation I never thought amazon would raise an issue on an order worth 200

It is not the value of the item but the frequency of which you SE them. If these refunds have been done close to one another, both in terms of time and number of legitimate orders in between, then it is easy to raise suspicion with Amazon.
At this point you cannot continue with your SE therefore you can either try and return them legitimately, or alternatively sell them if you do not want to keep them.
I would advise you to not SE using this account for some time if you want to keep it and potentially revive it.

How long have you waited before performing the second SE?
