Hi, I had the same problem. I ordered 12 articles (350 € total) saying that I only got 1. They asked me for an identity document together with the affidavit to be filled out. My problem is that I am a minor, should I still send my ID? Better if I fake it and put a false birthday date and image? How should I proceed to don't risk nothing? (First refund with zalando) Thanks in advaice!

yeah literally that's all zalando do, they're never going to go after you.

If it is someone that's going after you, it'd be the insurers (courier) for if you have raped your address too much.

Zalando/any other retailer which ask you to sign an affidavit would never come after you.

ermmm I dont think it would be a big problem, its not like zalando is a 18+ site and that they have an age restriction.

Definitely not without risk. Of course there is risk - you're performing fraud and signing legal documents. It's pretty doubtful that they will pursue you legally, but if they do, there will of course be consequences. I don't mean to scare you in any way, but I don't want you to be misinformed. With any SE there is risk. With proper opsec, risk is minimized. With signed legal documents, the stakes become double or nothing.
