As per my above post, have you requested to speak with senior management?
Yes of course. they ignore me and answer again that they checked my account and did not find outstanding loans and that I can not worry and my account will be opened automatically in a day or two

I can't fathom why they neglect to address your Issue.
Do you have a record of all conversations between you both?

Yes, of course there are all letters sent and received. I'm tired and created a new account. warmed it up and made an order. account blocked again. I wrote to them that you blocked my account and I want to contact senior management and complain. they said (today): we checked your account and we can confirm that you have no outstanding debts. Therefore, your account will be unlocked automatically on June 16th. after 3-4 hours I received a letter from address-verification@
Amazon.de which indicates.Your account is blocked and you need to send a bank statement with a card number and so on (standard letter after blocking). I again write to Amazon that you said that my account will be unblocked, and I received a letter stating that my account requires confirmation and it is blocked (I copied the text of the received letter which indicates that it is necessary to send data). They answer: we are not the authors of the letter you received, most likely this is spam. Your account will be activated again after a few days after our experts have verified it.
Damn it, I thought it’s hard to have a dialogue with my boss idiot, but the Amazon’s support turned out to be more ironic and impenetrable.

You shouldn't have the need to create another account, when they've assured you that your Initial account will be taken care of.

my first account: they said that I need to wait a day and my account will be unlocked, but after 5-6 hours I get a letter stating that we need verification. this went on 4-5 times (they promise but send a letter with verification) I could not wait and was forced to create a new account and now again I met these bad people on my way who say one thing, but in fact something else happens.

if I were you I would continue to storm them with calls .. even saying that I want to talk to senior management ... also making them feel guilty talking about the discomfort they caused you

What type of verification did they request?

If you haven't changed all Identifiable details, there's no point creating a new account.
Your current account Is pending verification, thus all subsequent accounts (created), will be linked and locked.

I successfully unblocked my Amazon.de account using a bank statement. A few days ago I made an order for Amazon.Fr and they sent my order without any problems. The next day I made an order worth twice as much and they blocked my account and asked for an extract from the bank. I sent them a bank statement and after they checked it, they wrote to me that they can’t unblock my account, because they want my bank to contact them and confirm my statement. I can’t ask for a bank, because the statement is half of the implausible information.

^ If you've fulfilled this, then they have no reason to be In contact with your bank.
What type of extract are they requesting?

I sent them (amazon.fr) a similar statement, with the help of which I could unlock my account on amazon.de without any problems. That's what Amazon.fr wrote to me:
