bank statement for Amazon - Pukkuk - 06-12-2020 Hello everybody. someone can suggest a link where I can generate a bank statement on my card for Amazon. I tell them that I sent them my documents many times. Support answers that I looked at my account and did not notice any problems and debts and my account will be unlocked automatically in a day or two. A day later, I receive a letter from the robot which indicates * Your account is blocked and in order to unlock it you need to send your bank card details * I again contact the support and say that I sent the data again. They answer * we conducted a check and did not find any debt in your account and your account will be unlocked in a day or two automatically. Then in a day, again, I receive a letter from the robot, and so endlessly. I would ask the rep if they have any way to ensure it won't keep getting blocked, as it seems on the rep's side, they don't see that it's linked.
