bank statement for Amazon 06-12-2020, 02:36 PM
#1
Hello everybody. someone can suggest a link where I can generate a bank statement on my card for Amazon. I'm tired of the fact that Amazon has recently begun to often block my account, although I try to warm it up before buying.

As a friendly reminder to all replies, do keep discussions on a legal and non-fraudulent level.

Amazon is mocking! I tell them that I sent them my documents many times. Support answers that I looked at my account and did not notice any problems and debts and my account will be unlocked automatically in a day or two. A day later, I receive a letter from the robot which indicates * Your account is blocked and in order to unlock it you need to send your bank card details * I again contact the support and say that I sent the data again. They answer * we conducted a check and did not find any debt in your account and your account will be unlocked in a day or two automatically. Then in a day, again, I receive a letter from the robot, and so endlessly.

Evidently, your new account is still linked to old accounts, as per their algorithms.
I would ask the rep if they have any way to ensure it won't keep getting blocked, as it seems on the rep's side, they don't see that it's linked.

That's ridiculous to say the least, and totally unacceptable from a company on the scale of Amazon.
Ask to speak with senior management, and provide evidence of the requested documents sent.

Same exact thing happened to me for a week and eventually, they opened it. It was a new card, new address, VPN , another browser, no cookies or any prior history, private browsing. the only thing that was the same was the computer... Kept getting sent in a loop.

You can call them and tell them you just moved in, but your order did not go through/ account got blocked, assuming every other detail is changed.

The point Is, you're trying to verify your account on legit grounds, however Amazon Is failing to do so.
As per my above post, have you requested to speak with senior management?
