So ordered some items equalling £400 and used DNA method. It was delivered by royal mail and no signature taken or a photo was taken like other carriers and was left at the front of the house. So called them up and they raised an investigation and the outcome was unsuccessful. They said, "the delivery was completed compliantly and that the GPS puts the driver at your address".

How do I pursue this further.... Do I take the L or keep chasing them up....

Royal Mail is a bitch. I suppose say that you never received the item and that you don't care what their system says, you never got your package and want a refund.

Keep chasing. You personally didn't receive the package. The package may have been delivered to you, but you did not accept the package. The package was most likely stolen.

Yeah, speaking to management is usually the quicker and easier way to get refund if talking to rep doesn't help.

Makes sense. Just keep adamant that you did not personally accept the package, thus ensuring its arrival. Just have to play innocent through all of this.
However, usually the thought process behind DNA is that since you did not personally accept the package, it was either delivered to an incorrect address or stolen (as far as I know). They have deemed that it was delivered to the correct address via GPS, so the next most likely situation is that it was stolen. A police report isn't necessarily a bad thing, and it's not like having lots of police reports will make refunds less successful, unlike having lots of flags on an Amazon account or something.

I thought they would be easy based on results on here lol. Yeah, guess I will have to go push a lot more. Not sure if disputing it with the baank would be a good option if that fails.

They may blacklist your account/address/ other info if you do.

Chargebacks/disputes with your merchant, should always be used as the final course of action.

You'll be fine.

Final course of action because they will blacklist your information? Or is there another reason to it?
