It's been quite awhile from my last update, I decided to go with a professional refund service because I wasn't fully confident on doing it myself and my mates pulled out last minute. He decided to do the DNF method and I've just got an email from newegg saying they want a police report.
"In order to further check this package and assist with you, we need a copy of police report for reference. Could you please file a police report and reply me a copy for further reference? I will forward to our claim team for further assistance once received your reply. Thanks for your effort. Have a great day!"
If I don't get a response from him should I continue with the SE? And could a police report be used against me (UK)
Something to note, I received a phone call from UPS, this was 2 days ago, I explained I didn't receive the package and messaged the refunder about the call, he seemed confident that it was clear from there but here we are.
Another thing to note was the package was signed by another person at my house, she used her own signature.
