I sent them my ID and the hand-written letter with my signature which is different from the one that is signed. I sent this 5 days ago and still no reply. Should I wait, or open a Paypal dispute?
Depending on the Influx of claims, It may take longer than expected.
It won't hurt to contact them, with a gentle reminder that you're still waiting on your claim.
Ah okay, I was being a little bit aggressive with my responses reminding them, as I thought as a real customer would be quite upset with no package for 3 weeks. Was it a mistake to be aggressive, or should I be more gentle?

Only If It's not warranted under the circumstances.
If you're continually been given the runaround and passed over from one rep to another, then an element of aggression should be generated. Do note that the majority of times, It's not "what" you say, but "how" you say It.

Getting a bit worried now, still no reply after sending them multiple reminders. I think they are ghosting me. Should I just go for a paypal dispute?
