Seems like they dont send a whole new unit, rather the bits they think are faulty.
I guess you had the toothbrush already to provide the images needed?
No images either. I just said it's not charging, did 1 troubleshooting step, and that was it. I knew the live chat was near closing so I waited to do it then. I also know how much I love near the end of my shifts, I figured it was the same with them. It's probably the only reason it was brief.

" I knew the live chat was near closing" That's a good tip
Out of interest what tooth bush did you go for? i tried the sonicare protective clean 6100. Some of the 1* reviews on Amazon say it goes loud then stops working so ran with that as a reason.
Might try with a lower cost model next time if i can get the info i need.

Never actually thought about calling/messaging close to the end of the employee's shift, it would make them much more likely to rush through the process and miss some sort of verification as they want to get home. This is a solid tip, thanks.

Never actually thought about calling/messaging close to the end of the employee's shift,
I've also mentioned a similar principle countless times, one as recent as
yesterday.
It tends to work more often than not, and Is extremely effective when executed accordingly.
