A police report would've worked In your favor. Ultimately, It's your call.
All the best with the said refunds.

But as said above, ultimately it's your choice
Yeah, I suppose theres no going back from here. I said that my brother found the cardboard box, not if it had the items in it, never stated that it was the correct item in it, what was in it, whether or not it was empty or if he simply found a box that was delivered to someone else in the family and not related to the soundboks.
Still possible to save this one?
Correct, altering your story Is an admission of guilt.
You can use the "wrong Item received" method.

Do this and in most cases police wont do anything however due to the large sum they could do something however just fill in a police report and show it to them.

Comply with their request and await the outcome.
I've decided to return it after the 24th of May, then do multiple small refunds and buy the item legitimately.
Seems highly sketchy and would probably warrant a bigger red flag on your account. How'd it turn out?

Generally with our forum, I figured this went without saying. However, recent discussion has led me to believe otherwise. People are encouraged to read and follow our rules, especially those regarding illegal content. You have been warned - @

The method Is always based against the nature of the Item.
Once you have the Item's description (specs- size & weight), It's not difficult selecting the appropriate method.
