Fairly new to SEing and wanted to purchase a top of the line surface book or pro from the MS store and wanted to know which SEing method works best with them? I have heard that pp dispute is currently the best way to go about it but wasn't sure.

From what I remember they do carrier investigation and ask for PR. This might have changed, i'm not sure.
What does PR stand for ?
Police report.

I got one about a year ago, I found a serial that had manufacturers warranty. I told them that fluid/battery was coming from the screen. They ask for a picture of the serial number. Went to bestbuy and took a picture of a surface books backside where the S/N is kept. Then photoshopped the S/N I had onto the picture. They sent a big bucket to put the laptop in. I told them I threw the laptop away because it spilled all over my carpet and hands. Then she said to send her an email saying I threw it away for documentation purposes. So hopefully you get as lucky as I did.
