I am SEing a Logitech G910.
I got a serial number from one of the boxes in a shop.
I used that for the SE.
Then I got this reply:
"Kindly check for the serial number associated with the device. Check it at the back of the keyboard. The serial number that you are providing is from the box"

I thought they are the same?

No, they are not the same. The one on the box is PN: product number and the one the back of the keyboard is SN: serial number

I can help you with SN and picture with case nr to proof if they ask

I think I fucked it up. From what I found in logitech forums there are 2 different serial numbers. One on the box and one on the keyboard.
I have a feeling that they can check if the serial I gave them matches the one from the keyboard.

No man...don't panic just give them an SN from the keyboard and just play dump...

You're right. I have nothing to loose. If you can send me a serial that would be great.
By the way, the serial number generator is creating box serial numbers I think.

I think I can make it work. If he says that the serial on the box doesn't match with the serial on the keyboard, I ll say I had another one, but I sold it. I must have mixed the boxes.
