I've tried:
Tom Ford- failed
Polo RL- never answered back
and more brands

Did you try telling them that it was a gift? Also, you can normally find receipts online and just photoshop them instead of sending a corrupt image.

I've tried everything. I've said it was a gift, that someone else bought it for me, that I won it at a raffle but nothing worked. You need a receipt from a store like: Nordstrom, Dillards, Macys or Neiman Marcus

If you Google around you can find in-store reciepts. Simply Photoshop them or find someone to do it for you.

I have a font I use and it works nearly perfectly. I believe it is called "merchant-copy" something like that. I'll make a thread with the download link tomorrow.

It's simple.

This Is where you went wrong:
Quote:They said if it was purchased online they would need the order number AND product shipped back but since I no longer have it, they cant further assist.

You shouldn't have told them that you disposed of the Item. Comply with their request, send It back (box them) and as for the order number/receipt, well that also went missing In transit with the Item. The cologne Is extremely light, hence a bit of extra packaging would make up the weight.

I'd hate to do boxing but I suppose if that is the only way. Thought about the broken glass one too, but feel they may say 'contact amazon/nordstrom/ etc

The broken glass does work- It depends on the rep you're dealing with.

Some will simply accept It, whilst others will redirect you and request similar to what you've mentioned above. With boxing, there's only one option and that Is to (seemingly) send It back. If your SE Is executed effectively, It will be successful.

Not sure if you want to invest but if you purchase one in Walmart (Sold by Walmart) and tell them it arrived broken 10/10 you can guarantee a refund, I know you are trying to SE, but it might be a diff solution if you really want a cologne, you can always try with a bug inside the cologne (PHOTOSHOP it) or with a bad reaction with your skin, but dunno how cologne companies will react to that, since most places have a good return policy for this stuff
