What tool/software are you using to encrypt?

Did google research and VeraCrypt looks to be useful.

I've been using It for quite a few years.

I have two forms of encryption on all drives. The first Is encrypted with BitLocker, and In that drive I've created an encrypted volume via VeraCrypt using the AES-Twofish-Serpent cipher. Essentially, two forms of authentication Is required to access my data.

Shit. I would like to encrypt my hard drive but, would be pointless since, I don't tend to do anything stupid since, I'm under 2 different uni's.

TrueCrypt Is discontinued, with VeraCrypt being It's successor.

Thanks. I'll keep that in mind. Before I encrypt my drive I'd prefer to figure out why my PC randomly freezes for a second...

I'm thinking of just buying a 4TB or 2Tb hard drive and putting all my important files on it and completely reinstalling Windows..
Windows 10 sure knows how to break itself. or maybe it's just my incompetence.

May i ask what is the purpose of encrypting your files? Specifically, why the host wants to do it after his successful SE?

Personally, I have a lot of sensitive data that cannot afford to land In the wrong hands.

In terms of SEing, each to their own. One reason Is to prevent exposure of any traces of the method(s) used In the SE.

Speaking of SE'ing Logitech, I am the only one getting redirected to "https://support.logitech.com/en_us/InMaintenance" after trying to send them an email?

I selected "File A Warranty Claim" then I wrote down what was wrong with the product. Finally I clicked "Send Email" only to get redirected and told that the "URL No Longer Exists".
Would love to hear if anyone else has a problem with Logitech Support right now.
