I heard from a friend that Logitech has made some changes and now its gonna be really tough to SE them. Wondering if that is true

I am not sure exactly, he said that its gonna be much more harder to SE from them now

I see. Their policies may have changed, but vulnerabilities In the human firewall will continue to exist.
I haven't SEd them as of late, so It'll be premature for me to comment. Perhaps those who've dealt with Logitech as of recent, can reply with their comparison from previous experience.

I've done them 3 times in the past 2 days and everything has gone the same, I haven't noticed a difference yet.

I always call them, sometimes they even make it go faster and the internal process gets accepted within hours. I've had a product at my house within 3 days of first ringing them multiple times.

For future reference, don't wait an entire week or more for a response. This applies to all entities.
If you haven't heard within a couple of days, chase It up.
