So how would I go about doing the physical receipt then? Should I print out the Amazon receipt or something? Not sure of other ways to show a physical receipt, cant use newegg receipts or such as I live in the UK

Maybe you can for example go on Amazon with google chrome and right click on your invoice to "inspect element" and then you should be able to remove what you want
You print it, you smash it a bit and you take a picture of it and "voila"

Ok so the RMA got approved using the fake physical receipt and now I have this as a reply from Randall B:
Thanks for your patience. We will contact you again once our warehouse notifies us that package has arrived and that they were able to test the product and verify the defect(s). This process will not start until we receive the package and usually takes between 3-5 business days, once received, but can take a little longer depending on volume. I realize this seems like a long time, but the warehouse receives hundreds of packages per day. It usually goes much quicker than the estimated time, but there are instances where it could take beyond the full 5 business days. We sincerely appreciate your patience. Please keep in mind that we will not be updating your ticket until the package you sent us arrives to the facility and is tested. As shipping times can widely vary by courier, we advise that you get tracking on your shipment so that you can keep up-to-date on your defective products location. This will help you as we may not be able to issue you daily updates while we wait for your package and service other customers. You can follow your tracking number (from your return shipment to us) to estimate when the RMA process will begin again.
Please note that even if you have posted your package tracking, we cannot move your case forward until our warehouse verifies your package and performs validation. Please be aware that during this verification process, we may not be able to respond to your ticket until we have received the notification from our warehouse to move your claim forward. Don't be alarmed, we will be right back to your claim as soon as we can!
In the meantime, we appreciate your patience during the RMA period. We will update your ticket with information regarding the warehouse receiving your product and your coupon details shortly.
Regards,
Randall B

Out of the 5+ times I have done this he has never checked with the warehouse to see if it's there or not, but this time it seems like he will, do you think there is any way to make him give me the code?
