What is it that makes you work, strive towards something? A fairly simple question, and one that people (especially those starting a product like a forum) seem to forget in the long run. So what makes you do your best and work towards something? For me personally it is that something, a goal or reward for my hard work. Now that make me sounds rather shallow, but that is why I stated two things instead of just one. In work relations, its mostly money or some other reward that motivates me. However in a hobby or such, its the goal that motivates me. A personal goal.

Motivation, don't have any, I just do whatever and hope for the best

I've always wanted to progress in whatever I'm doing just to better myself. Now I have my son to motivate me for a better life for him.

The things in my past motivate me to push harder and never give up.

Motivation and music usually helps me get work done.

Usually, money motivates me. When it comes to a forum, it's creating something successful for everyone to enjoy. Nothing makes me more proud than seeing people enjoy theirself on my forum. I'm sure this applies to Howard, Paradigm and Zacky.
