All I'm saying is, empty box should not work if they're monitoring packaging for packages over 120g.

New products often get shipped without inspection at packaging, which can be a reason for EB being so successful with new products.

Too heavy to EB but you can try. It is the easiest one but might fail easier too.
There is a recurring problem with the Quest3 of the usbc port melting. Maybe you could find some pictures or photoshop and then FTID or box them on the return.

I am completely serious. I showed them a photo of a melting USB-C port. The first representative directed me to a specialist, but the specialist insisted there was nothing they could do for me. I requested to speak with their supervisor. In response, they asked me to upload a photo using a link they provided. A few minutes after I did so, they initiated the refund. Done.

Three days ago. Immediately told them it caught on fire (two hours post-delivery) and they processed the refund without any delay.

i have purchased the quest 3 using paypal, but i paid in 4. does that still protect me the same way and will i still get a refund and not have to continue paying the 3 other payments?

i will be attempting to DNA and claim through chat support before paypal claim. and also after i receive the package how long must i wait until i cna use it?

any support would be really great.

Doesn’t weigh anywhere near 5 kilos. All I’m saying is not all companies cross check
weights and there are methods that have worked for similar weighted items.
