I’ve heard of people succeeding with DNA. I intend on doing this soon. I’m based I the UK and I believe meta deliver with yodel here and they are dogshit.

Did a dry ice with Meta.

Investigation took almost a month but success.

DNA works, dry ice works, sealed box probably works too.
Too heavy for EB.
FTID/LIT if the carrier supports it.

What do you think about MEB. It worked with the steam deck which probably weighs a similar amount to the quest. But both items do exceed 150g ,so it’s a bit risky.
