What do you think about MEB. It worked with the steam deck which probably weighs a similar amount to the quest. But both items do exceed 150g ,so it’s a bit risky.

So instead of 6kg missing, there's 5kg missing from a 6kg shipment.

Doesn’t weigh anywhere near 5 kilos. All I’m saying is not all companies cross check weights and there are methods that have worked for similar weighted items.

DNA works, dry ice works, sealed box probably works too.
Too heavy for EB.
FTID/LIT if the carrier supports it.

I literally did two MQ Pros, it wasn't too heavy when I did it. DHL did an "investigation". Don't know the current method.

I would not put in that terms. some years ago I tried to se a camera lens with the excuse of shattered lens and consequently blood and scars. They requested an hospital certificat. I don't know if the procedure is the same nowadays but I ended up returning it legit.

Too heavy to EB but you can try. It is the easiest one but might fail easier too.
There is a recurring problem with the Quest3 of the usbc port melting. Maybe you could find some pictures or photoshop and then FTID or box them on the return.
