Hello, I have ordered 2 kg of protein and 500 g of creatine at myprotein (Spain). What method is best to use to make a refund in this case?
Good day for you Sarcasm

Just tell them you got really sick about 1-3 hours after consuming the protein powder.

I think that's how they ask you for a medical report

They don't, food companies will ask you either to send the item back or throw it away and you'll get something on top for free
Obviously they will ask you first for some pictures, such as bar code and expire date

As well in this case it makes sense to say: "I am a loyal costumer, really disappointed" or "I might have to make this public"

For all food products, u can tell them that the product is spoilt.
U can tell them the package of the protein is in bad condition and it was rotten, the protein was humidified and u won't feel safe ingesting that.
I wouldn´t advise u to this to the 2 products, but try it first for the higher value one and then tell them that u haven't noticed but the other one was in bad state too.
Its pretty straight-forward.

They can ask u for that. There are several ways that u could get sick.
There are easier methods.
