Yeah Uniqlo was DNA, they sent me a form to fill out and refunded me pretty swiftly.

What was the amount? I have seen multiple people fail uniqlo they deny tons of people even after filling out the form

Absolutely awful customer service, attempted meb tried the live chat who was completely useless the same with calling… going round in circles.

I had success with live chat where I had to send a picture of the empty box. Have you managed to get to that stage yet?

Managed to get a replacement did you have any issues returning the replacement for a refund? If not which method did you choose to return it?

Nice going. Just went back into live chat and asked them to help me with the returns process. The agent chose the correct order and started the return process for me. I got the returns email with the label and returned them fine.

Nice going. Just went back into live chat and asked them to help me with the returns process. The agent chose the correct order and started the return process for me. I got the returns email with the label and returned them fine.

Do I tell the live agent on the chat that I want to return the replacement? Or do I say I want to return the original order?

I don't know, that's why I used the live chat and asked an agent to do it for me. Just explain the situation and they will sort it out.
