Bought main item which were trousers for 260.
Bought some socks and a bag which were 50 for both.
Claimed I only received the socks and bag.
Got the trousers reshipped.
Returned the trousers for a refund.
I ended up paying for the socks and bag because I liked them but I could have returned everything if I wanted to.

Just went back into live chat and asked them to help me with the returns process. The agent chose the correct order and started the return process for me. I got the returns email with the label and returned them fine.
Do I tell the live agent on the chat that I want to return the replacement? Or do I say I want to return the original order?
I don't know, that's why I used the live chat and asked an agent to do it for me. Just explain the situation and they will sort it out.
When did you hit them ?

Footasylum is pretty difficult now tbh. They instantly reject it if the GPS coords and there's a picture. even if the picture was taken outside.
their admin team won't approve the claim
