Ordered in the 29th, not dispatched yet. Hopefully will be tomorrow - obviously being Christmas and new years presumably they have been closed.

Received my order
Same day I received emailed claiming meb (5th January)
Just had a response from them today (8th January)
Requesting I send them full address item was posted to and pictures of what I received. Sent them the address and sending pictures tomorrow (not home yet)
So will wait and see what happens.
I haven’t forgotten about this thread and will be updating - Ninja support just seems to be very very slow at replying.

Quick update for anyone wondering:
Success(?) money has been refunded to my account from ninja in full, but I still have not heard anything from them which in my opinion is very bizarre ?
Although I’m not complaining because I’ve got my money back.
Extra info;
Air fryer was the largest model they sell on their website, was on sale for £209 but usually £269

EDIT: Just read you used MEB. Strange they are refunding these lol. Its not like its a light appliance 😂
