Anybody else have this issue? I've been trying to make a purchase now for about a week it just does not let me make any sort of purchase anymore on any account my Microsoft account is aged it has purchases from before but it just will not let me place an order no matter what

I contacted support multiple times and I get no answer

Is ur account banned on any game? I remember when they banned my whole Xbox just for 1 game and it flagged my 10 year old account. Had to buy a new Xbox as well

Microsoft accounts are linked to xbox games

Also have U tried using a vm + vpn etc ?

I ordered a few days ago an will hit them again with PP claim. No Problems so far.

I haven't hit Microsoft, I've hit Xbox but I'm guessing they're no different.

I fixed my situation by using a fresh Payment method (new revoult or paypal account)

Seems to me like they're blocking your payment option. Maybe your po is flagged by them in the past by another company they own?

Originally over 3000 now over 2,000 the account is aged I had made purchases Prior but all of a sudden it doesn't let me make any sort of transaction I contacted them multiple times and I have been trying for over a week now it has me hesitant to even place the order if it does eventually let me process it I contacted support and they just tell me to wait 24 hours
