TISSOT MEB WATCH 10-20-2023, 05:41 PM

Today my 1000€ Tissot watch arrived.
I contacted Tissot after about an hour, stating that only my watch was missing.
I got an email a few hours later stating that I need to send them pictures of the outer package.
They also asked me wheter the outer package was damaged or has any signs of tampering.
What should I say in this situation?

tell them its damaged
Keep in mind, selling that watch will get you in trouble.

Are you sure I should say it is damaged?
Some companys tell you that you should not accept a damaged package and to contact them if that is the case.

Exactly, if you say tampered box there will be an invastigation with courier. better to say that box was perfect.

I got an email saying they will do an in depht investigation.

No, they told me I will hear back from them as soon as they are done.
