  They been hit a lot lately. The company is ignoring me as well. It’s been 2 months since I ordered a watch and they probably trying to figure out how to resolve this issue.

I filled a PR and did everything they requested. Now they been ignoring me for two weeks. Just filled a chargeback with my credit company which I believe will go through smoothly since they have 0 evidence and I have ton of them.

I haven't saw them being posted in any groups

I seen so many people get ignored by them and only like two successes I think they have just been really strict from the start

Your charge back should be 100% in my opinion

They told me they record shipping process - I asked for pictures of my watch in the box and the exact weight of the package 3 times now - no answer! They don’t have the evidence, that’s why they are either trying to come up with something or ignore me until I pay lol.

I would advice you against doing that. If you in need of money - just send the watch back. Or you play the long game and push them until the end.

You are probably right. After what we have seen, I don't think it will be any easier dealing with them in a boxing attempt.
If they don't reply in the next few days, I will be returning the item.
