Our sincerest apologies for all the delays and inconvenience the process may have caused, rest assured we only want the best for you and working on your case conscientiously. We are waiting for any updates from our internal team. We will be in touch in 2 days with the next steps.

I bet my ass they are not doing anything xdddd

Apparently john lewis isn't an authorized razer reseller so my claim got denied :/.
laptops direct

Laptops Direct is also not an authorized reseller so your claim may get denied. It's crazy how when I actually give a receipt they deny the claim...

UPDATE

Code:
Thank you for your patience with us throughout your case. This is Dennis once again. I have rechecked the request for this case and proof of the damage of the Razer mouse is important documentation for the claim. We did have the other photos regarding the damages caused but we cannot validate this from our end if we do not have an image of the device that caused this itself. We hope for your understanding with regard to the processes we have for claims like this. We know this is not the resolution you would want from us but we are here to help you get through your case as well as follow the processes and policies from our end.

Unlucky 🤡 Just wasted time 🤡
