These guys... I told them few times that it has burned totally and i threw it to garbage and don't have it.

7h is not so bad, other companies may take one day up to 7 days if they think they need that time to investigate

For claims like these, we need documentation of the actual device that had an incident as needed by our internal team to further validate the claim. With that said, we wish we do have another way around to have this claim processed. 

We know this is not the resolution you would want from us but we are here to help you get through your case as well as follow the processes and policies from our end.

Weirdos, why then they asked for table picture if they still need burned mouse 🤡

Razer won't budge with the disposed of item method nowadays I have experimented with this in the past. They also have taken a month to replace the product with is outrageous considering its only £50. Boxing may work but they say in the RMA policy they aren't liable for lost/stolen items so i'm not sure.

I have said that i can't retrieve it as i've mentioned before, and asked why they asked me about table photo what i've done as they demanded if now they again want mouse.

Prob needed to burn bunch of white plastic and send photo to them and say that HERE IS YOUR MOUSE GUYS GUYS! VERY NICE SMELL WANT IT BACK? 🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡 lmao they are so funny man

Razer is harder now and you don't have the covid excuse of not sending items back anymore. Since you have spent time on this try making a post against them on bbb org if possible. They might change their mind as a one time courtesy or give you a coupon.

going through all this for a mouse is crazy lol.
