First time Amazon is asking me to do a PR, when they were asking questions they said there was a picture of the delivery and asked what colour my door was I said orange when it’s not. So they said “oh looks we delivered it to the wrong house”.

And later they said they couldn’t refund it since it was delivered already, so they said I need to do PR. Will this colour of the door thing bite me in the ass and screw me over?

Note: I had multiple orders come the same day and I had one of the items ($200) refunded. Total of entire order was $660.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Not completely true. It happened on several occasions that after requesting a PR, refund was issued without filing one. You just have to be adamant
