I didn’t box them, on the instructions they were saying that they are not responsible for damages on the item during the shipping, so I decided to not do that

i don't think damage cant now relieve them of losing your phone. Damage would just mean properly protecting your phone when packing it. Them giving you a label means it was their delivery choice and not yours - pretty much impossible for them to get out of that.

This does not work anymore because all they have to say is we didn't receive the item and tell you move. You were able to get away with this in the past by escalating to supervisors but these companies are aware now. This is happening with Bose/Dell now.
I mean you can't charge back them in this case so they don't have to appease you. What are you going to do take them to court?

Tried Bose couple months ago and despite them claiming courier delivered it to different address they couldn't move forward with my RMA. After weeks of communications, I moved on lol.(05-23-2023, 10:02 PM)cookz028lulz Wrote:(05-23-2023, 11:15 AM)ABC157PLM Wrote: i don't think damage cant now relieve them of losing your phone. My bad, I was thinking more FTID. Yeah boxing in this situation would be flawed - LIT thought?
