Boxing Apple - shish145 - 04-02-2023

Hi, I would like to use the boxing method for the return of an iPhone to Apple after having claimed that it doesn't turn on (I don't actually have the iPhone, I used the serial number of a friend). They asked me to send them the iPhone for the repair and now my question is, if I box this shipping are they liable for loss of goods?

yeah, they’re sending me a box with a label and inside I’m supposed to put only the phone.

Are they providing the return label?

yeah, they’re sending me a box with a label and inside I’m supposed to put only the phone.

Given they're providing the label hence arranging the shipping, they're liable for loss of goods.

Now I’m not sure anynore with boxing them because the instrunctions they sent me say that “Apple is not responsible of any damage on the product during this shipping”
Idk if this involves also loss of goods.

Yea im not so sure either but since theyre providing you a label their putting this shipping rights under their name. If you wanted to get shipping protection you would buy it under your label so I think theyre still responsible.
