I live in a dorm building where you need to provide a school id and sign for the package. Is there anyway DNA would work?

I'm going to be testing this soon and can update you on how things go.did you make any attempt? I did a DNA for a $150 item that was given to mail room and i picked it up with my college ID and after investigation with USPS they issued a refund! idk what would the limit be before there would be a problem but i'm thinking of going for a $400 item now. I'm leaving the campus in a month so i might as well try

I live on university campus and all parcels are delivered to the post room. Collection is also based on ID, the post room clerk scans them. Even with this procedure in place, I was able to DNA several packages over the academic year.
I would link my success rate to the POD, the delivery drivers take a picture of several packages together, so there's no way of telling which parcel is which.
