"you contact us many times,and every agent give you the same answer,that means there is no other way,please wait for the investigation result"

you don't understand ... two escalations as well as an investigation already took place but as the results of these escalations cant be determined without the outcome of an investigation i'm simply stuck everytime i hup into chat where i'm being told what is mentioned above in the thread ...
