every time since i started my "DNA" SE i get the same response from every amazon customer agent
"you contact us many times,and every agent give you the same answer,that means there is no other way,please wait for the investigation result"
anything to use to get past this reply to get things really done or at least fast it up ? like a policy rule or some shit ...
