I ordered a jacket on Zalando in relay point (camera + ID check purely visual). The jacket must weigh more than 200g for sure. I hesitate between a DNA method or damaged package. I have never done either on Zalando so what do you advise me for a high success rate ?

In that case and given ID Is purely visually checked (not copied), It can be DNA'd.

There Is question as to whether CCTV can capture IDs to the point of being legible In the footage, but I've yet to come across any that can.

I'm pretty sure it's not, since the camera isn't even located exactly where I'm picking up the package. Moreover, in 90% of the cases, the shopkeeper just asks for a name and does not ask for any ID.

You can certainly DNA It. Given the circumstances of the collection, there'd be no evidence to suggest "you" picked up the package. Human error Is Inevitable, hence It was handed to the Incorrect person. But be sure to fully disguise your appearance.
