The events are not consistent with a flagged account, but rather taking the appropriate measures under the circumstances.

I know that there is a service for delivery people that provide work for different couriers. I think that such services would help a lot for many needy couriers who are not satisfied with their work or conditions. For example, you are a student and if you have a car and then you can get a
delivery driver and start through a similar service to deliver orders, which is very convenient and without a boss, you can without any problems quickly earn money. Or if you have a business, then order services from this service.

every driver of the postal companies has to take a signature from you, if they let the parcel in front of your door they will sign it instead of you and just write the first letters of your surname or whatever. everyone is always in a hurry and wants to end his tour so they dont like waiting for u to come out or to take the signature since it costs a lot of time.
It's similar with many major carrier companies.
Driver's have a set delivery run and when they're running late for their next drop(s), they sign the consignment themselves. DHL Is one of many carriers that does It.

Seems like he was trying to scare you but knowing 2 drivers, this doesn't happen. One from amazon and one from UPS. Maybe it varies from state to state in the US
