Bought a suit recently online and have contacted the store. They are saying that UPS has deemed it as delivered and I keep with the "it hasn't been delivered to me" story. They do not have a phone number to contact and I payed with PP. Since PP usually sides with tracking info on things, what would be the best way to go about getting a refund from them?

Make up a story that your neighbour had it and legit return it and try another store. Or legit keep it and take the L.

I get the suit via UPS, picture was taken (happens all the time, not worried). I contact them claiming DNA because I see nothing about non-arriving goods on their terms. They tell me that it was marked as delivered via email and that there's nothing they could do outside of contact local police. They do not have a phone # to call, or a retail location to return to. Since they will not budge, the next best step to take is for a PP refund. I have gone through 4-5 emails back and forth with them and there is no way to change this guys mind.

I remember they were pretty relaxed a couple of years ago, but your experience suggests otherwise.

Don't give In to their noncompliance - keep contacting them until the appropriate reply Is received.
