I just did a Dyson v15 detect for $700 DNA after I said the battery leaked and that didn't work so I used DNA and the customer service rep never even looked at the chat logs and saw I tried leaking battery method. Got a free Dyson battery from Dyson too I'm going to make a separate a thread detailing the whole process.
At times, reps also play an Integral role In the SE's success - which was the case with yourself.
Obviously he/she couldn't be bothered assessing the claim. At the end of the day, It succeeded and that's all that counts.

Well done, that's great news. Can you give a rough estimate of the cost of the appliance? There are a few things Wayfair has that I would like, at least one of which I would like to try to SE.

I was thinking of playing it safe and just doing one or the other. I was thinking the microwave would be safer, but want the chairs more. Not sure how easy to DNA big pieces of furniture though.

If the furniture Is not transported Inside your home and only a signature Is required, It's no different to any other DNA.
