I'm not sure about boxing - where I live,  when returning an item I have to go to a "partner" shop nearby and scan my package and put it in a a special box which gets collected later (anywhere from 1 to 3 days). Meaning I have no idea when the weight will be taken, also the shipping times are quite quick here (last time I returned something with DHL it got delivered in 2 days to a different country). Not sure if boxing is possible, what do you think?

So Samsung are confirmed to be susceptible to boxing ?

I boxed them a while back so unless their policy/claims management has recently changed without my knowledge, they can be boxed.
