Can someone help please? basically I ordered the meta guest 2 with a free Elite strap, they have both been sent out in separate parcels. What do I do?? Thanks.

I just advised them to contact Bose and ask for a replacement as the item was brand new so it wasn’t really my problem. The item still functioned it just didn't connect to the Bose app.
