Amazon AMD CPU SE 01-07-2023, 06:11 AM

Hello, I'm in the process of SE'ing an AMD CPU from Amazon. I talked to an Amazon rep and said the CPU itself was missing ( I carefully removed the sticker so well that it's fully intact and resealed after removing the CPU). The rep said they'd have to have another department contact me within 24 hours. I received the reply below. I need some advice. I heard they'll decline a claim if there's a variation of the weight of the item so I weighed the CPU and put an equal weight of random misc new components like some motherboard accessories. Should I proceed with the return with the motherboard accessories or remove them and send the empty box? Also when I try to return the item it asks me if the item is factory sealed or opened what should I put? Thanks!
