I’ve been waiting around 2 weeks now, and the reps keep sending me the same email about how they have no updates or power to do anything. What do I do, I’ve requested escalation but they’re telling me there is nothing to escalate to?

Of course there Is.

They're not attending to your claim nor are they addressing your questions and concerns, hence an escalation Is warranted.

They can track serials to see If the device Is In use while the claim Is still active, but I've yet to experience or come across SE'ers claiming It's been done after everything has been finalized.
